General Shipping Information

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship from two locations, Australia and Samoa.

All international parcels  are shipped from either Australia or Samoa, depending on where the product is located. If shipping from Australia the parcel is sent via Australia Post. If shipping from Samoa the parcel is sent with EMS (Express Mail Service) via Samoa Post.

Please note that any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of House 88 Boutique, these charges are out of our control. 

When are orders shipped?

Orders received before 11am AEDT (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Any orders received after this time will be sent the next business day. This does not include orders placed during a sale period as we may experience delays.

Although express services are fast, occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they too, are out of our control.  We are not liable for post office delays.
